It’s hard to believe, but 2019, marks my fortieth year in the real estate business. Like most REALTOR® I’ve worked for large companies and small companies before opening my own office in 1993. I offer the full gamit of real estate services found in bigger companies, but on a smaller, more personal level. Specifically, I provide marketing services for sellers, and location services for buyers. I handle property leasing and management and am happy to assist in the search for rental property.
Since I office in Manchaca, I primarily work the Southern Travis & Northern Hays county areas, but in reality, I work all over.
My goals as they relate to area growth will be seen as quite modest by most people. Of course the huge influx of people has increased my volume of business and at times, I am completely maxed out with regards to available time. Even so, I don’t have plans to expand my workforce. I enjoy having complete control over my workload and the real estate marketing products that I produce for sellers. Some real estate companies believe that more agents are better, after all, they will have more sales. However, I believe by remaining small, I can deliver personal service to individual clients, who then become friends. Some people are more comfortable with large organizations, with an army of salesmen. If that describes you, that’s fine; I will pass along the names of some the most reputable real estate firms in the Austin area.
